We deliver Australia-wide. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Where your order comes from
Each PlushPup bed is sent directly from one of our Australian makers. If your order has items from more than one maker, they may arrive separately and on different days.

Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of being placed. Delivery times depend on the maker and your location. Remote areas can take longer.

Shipping costs
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 5–8 business days for dispatch.

Problems with delivery
If your order is late, damaged, or doesn't arrive, email us at kingexpps@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with the maker.
